With our previously developed floor plan, we create images, sketches and models and complete the interior concepts (furniture, lighting, materials, colours, finishes). In keeping with your comment and approval, there will be two meetings; one to present the design concept to you and a second for design refinement, and coordination of design to construction drawings with a view to specialized items/materials and tech requirements.

The design drawings are developed into a precise and thorough set of construction documents which communicate all necessary information to tender your project to the best subtrades, keeping quality control, your budget and timeline at the forefront.
